Early Bird Pricing – Register by May 17th

  • Full conference registration non members (includes $75 membership): $450
  • Spouse/Guest full conference registration: $375
  • Spouse/Guest evening activities and field trip only: $250

Pricing After May 17th

  • Full conference registration with GCEA membership: $425
  • Full conference registration non members (includes $75 membership): $500
  • Spouse/Guest full conference registration: $425
  • Spouse/Guest evening activities and field trip only: $300

Hotel/Motel Options:

All Hotel/Motel are a separate fee to be paid directly to them. If you want to share a room with someone and split the cost, that is up to you!

We have blocked rooms under GCEA at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Alton. The rooms (Double or King) are $117.99 per night and this price is available from 7/19-7/27 if you wish to extend your stay.

Transportation will be arranged to and from Comfort Inn to Alton High School for the conference daily using private vehicles.

If you would like to use points or stay elsewhere, there are many hotel options in Alton as well as a number of B&Bs and AirBnBs. However, transportation from other accommodations will be the attendees responsibility.

Additional Guests for the Dinner Cruise

On Monday, July 22 all registered guests (conference participants and guests) will go on a dinner cruise. The cost of the cruise is included in the member and guest registration cost. If you would like to add an additional guest, please reach out to Lexa at grafixteach@gmail.com
